Wolfswap does not guarantee the performance, security, or suitability of the Protocol and does not provide any advice or guidance regarding its evaluation, functionality, or compliance with legal or regulatory requirements. By interacting with the Protocol, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including potential legal and regulatory risks.   • Reduced liquidity of MOON tokens and other assets;

  • Changes in compatibility of MOON tokens or other assets with the Protocol;

  • Modifications to smart contracts that may affect their functionality;

  • Legal and regulatory uncertainty, including potential government actions affecting virtual assets and their users;

  • High volatility in transaction parameters and the market value of assets;

  • Risk of market misconduct, such as manipulation, insider trading, or front-running;

  • Transaction delays or failures in transaction confirmation;

  • Counterparty risks;

  • Technical risks, including faults, bugs, hacks, or other unforeseen events affecting the Protocol or underlying technologies;

  • Risk of loss of private keys, which may result in loss of virtual assets;

  • Security risks, including distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks, Sybil attacks, phishing, social engineering, hacking, malware, double-spending, consensus-based attacks, misinformation campaigns, forks, and spoofing.

This list is not exhaustive, and other risks may arise. In the event of any of the above, users may incur a complete loss of virtual assets. All users should carefully evaluate their risk tolerance and consult qualified professionals before using the Protocol.

USERS INTERACT WITH THE PROTOCOL AT THEIR OWN RISK.
